I’ve been writing books, articles, and opinion pieces in my head since I learned to read and write. When I retired, I decided it was time to put pen to paper, or more accurately, fingers to keyboard. So here I am, a blogger as well as a reader, lover of all things exercise, grandmother, and interred in my bones–teacher.
